Through the day,
there will be ups and downs.
but this is the day that the Lord has made,
i will rejoice and be glad in it.

Through the busyness,
i will feel tired.
but the joy of the Lord
will be my strength.

Through the competition,
i will struggle.
but i can do all things
through Christ who strengthens me.

Through the hurt,
it will be painful.
but forgive us our debts,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.

i will be happy,
i will remain in you Lord.
for you know the plans you have for me,
plans to prosper me and not to harm me,
plans to give me hope and a future.

and my joy in you will be complete:)
