i guess any way different, i wouldnt be happy either,

cause then it wouldnt be what God wants for me.

i guess sometimes it happens in ways unexpected,

difficult to accept,

putting us all in this whole round about.

but i trust that this is God's plan,

for a reason,

for the best for all of us.

and i know that greater things are yet to come,

and God will use me for a greater purpose in life.

for at the end i want to carry myself in a way

that God will say "well done, my good and faithful servant.''

for i am a servant come to bring you glory,

that is fit for the work of your hands.

and theres still so many things to smile about,

so many things to laugh!

so many people to love

and so much life for me to live.

to live it to the fullest,

to live it for God's glory,

to live it to shine for Him!!!

ive learnt...

that however quiet this christmas seems to be,

with super little of all those sweet caroling,

with only a tweeny no. of christmas gifts

with the missing appearances of the christmas trees

without the whole atmosphere of jolly fellowship and goodness...

Christmas is in my heart when i remember the true meaning of it.

for ive learnt...

that christmas is more than all those superficial festive fun,

not about santa and reindeers,

not about christmas parties,

not about christmas decorations and presents,

not about wishes coming true...

it is just about the birth of my glorious king, who came in a super humble manner, to seek and save the lost.

it is just about this, all about this and nothing more...

ive just came back from my 8 days trip to yunnan, china. was quite a good trip of relaxing and enjoying God's marvelous creation of mountains, gorges, waterfalls, caves to the people n just the place. nice experiencing winter, something which u don't get in singapore. tempt range was about 10 degees n below (maybe slightly above that, my rough estimation) and sometimes even minus. first time talking with mist coming out of my mouth! i had church camp before that, was quite good too, pretty fun:) im super lazy in giving a whole account, what more doing my school homework which i haven even started. i went to east coast yesterday, n did abit of skating. first time really learning n skating, hees! was the last training of the year. n i almost forgot about twilight when i was in china, until i was on the plane back. i wanna watch, counting that i din finish the book. so i wanna know wats it about, counting that most people, not everybody i know, likes it. ive got my stuff from diva already (especially my smiley necklace which will make me smile) n TO TANYA, youve got to get from me your christmas present! im chatting with abigail now...ahs, all the stuff are leaking out!

imaginations, wishes, dreams, thoughts, feelings.

its a part of me and im sure for many of you too.

all these are closely related, closely knitted together,

forming the personal, inner being of me.

it brings about my 'fantasy' world,

what i wish would happen, how i dream things could come by.

sometimes i believe in it too much,

i trust in it too deeply.

i could just stare into the world and be deep in thought,

you may think im stone-ing, but honestly im not.

i will think about my dreams and then fall to bed,

for its all this beauty i hold on, to bring about my joy, happiness.

but when im back to reality, sometimes it really is painful.

i get paranoid and sometimes i feel on my own (besides for God, i'll always rmb).

cause thats my life,

my wishes have yet to come true.

however, sometimes the reality's good, yupps its good,

and i'll always remind myself to stay that way and be positive.

for then life will be perfect,

and everyone will be merry.

but whatever it is,

i'll still go back to my

imaginations, wishes, dreams, thoughts, feelings.

hellos! ahs, i finally went out with abigail after so many weeks of 'procrastination'. hahas! we actually decided on bugis but we ended up with orchard today. it was a great time.

First, as always, it starts of with wisma. hahas, ohs this the super funny part! on our way there, there were this group of somewhat-thoses-working-people-who goes-round-asking-people-to do surveys/maybe-promote-their-product. yas, so one approached abigail at first n she was a little lost at wat to do. so i help her say 'no thanks' quite a few times to the person n we got off safely. then slightly further down, we met another guy who was supposely doing the same thing. we said another 'no thanks' n we got off! so yups we went to wisma n saw hula n co, forever 21. we were stuck at cotton on cause there was a bag n shorts we both like. but we decided to come back later if we really wanted. i just realised something, abi is like me, she gets really happy when she sees or thinks about something shes like. n then she starts smiling to herself or making 'noices', hahas, super funny!

then we headed off to far east cause i wanted to get some accessories. so we walked out wisma n 2 things happened. firstly, OMG! the second salesman guy was there again. n he ask us again, we declined again, n abi said when we left he said he would 'see us again later'. i was think in your dreams! ahs n secondly, we went the wrong direction! my second time! i'll rmb its turn left next time. so we walked super long again to get back to far east.

we got a few stuff there together and when we got out, it started to pour heavily! so, second time, we went the wrong direction again, as we wanted to head to taka for lunch. this time it was even worse, we got wet in the rain while walking, up and down, crossing there, crossing back...but finally we were back at orchard mrt!(super tired). we realised we made a whole big round! n guess wat, we met the saleman again! OMG! i was laughing away/ walking away! n abi said tat he said ''you know tat 2 girls. i saw them 3 times in a role''. hahas! so qiao!

so finally we stopped at taka n had jap noodles n prawn/ham n cheese balls. but we threw away 2 balls cause we were super full! we wanted to take neoprints at first but we were wet n tired after walking in the rain, so we din.

but we went back to cotton on to get the stuff we wanted:) abi bought boxers instead n i got my stuff too:)

the end. pretty cool day! walking here to there, there to here!

one day

one day i would travel round the world,

from paris to spain.

one day i would go to new york,

and shop till i go insane.

one day i would become a fashion designer,

and ill present my collections in fashion weeks.

running at incredible speeds.

and i'll get him to cook for me.

to meet the children once more.

i was walking...

and a car came and banged me down.

all these 'one-day-i-would'' would just

fade away,

disappear,

become unimportant.

it would not be 'one-day-i-would',

but 'what-about-now'.

and then it ends here, its over.

but i know out there its different.

it is a brand new day for me,

but to some, another day of tragedy.

theres chaos and hectic-ness,

in this world where we stand.

hunger and pain,

we may not comprehend.

through not where i am,

it hurts my heart.

to know whats happening to this world,

it bleeds with pain.

i can't do much,

but i kneel down and pray.

to my dear God,

that he will save.

i pray that he will have mercy,

he will release comfort and peace.

He will strengthen and heal,

and be in control of all things.

five fingers method of prayer

Your thumb is nearest to you. So begin your prayers by praying for those closest to you. They are the easiest to remember. To pray for our loved ones is, as C.S. Lewis once said, a “sweet duty.”

The next finger is the pointing finger. Pray for those who teach, instruct, and heal. This includes teachers, doctors, and your pastor. They need support and wisdom in pointing others in the right direction. Keep them in your prayers.

The next finger is the tallest finger. It reminds us of our leaders. Pray for the president, leaders in business and industry, and administrators. These people shape our nation and guide public opinion. They need God’s guidance.

The fourth finger is our ring finger. Surprising to many is the fact that this is our weakest finger; as any piano teacher will testify. It should remind us to pray for those who are weak, in trouble, or in pain. They need your prayers day and night. You cannot pray too much for them!

And lastly comes our little finger; the smallest finger of all. Which is where we should place ourselves in relation to God and others. As the Bible says, “The least shall be the greatest among you.” Your pinkie should remind you to pray for yourself. By the time you have prayed for the other four groups, your own needs will be put into proper perspective and you will be able to pray for yourself more effectively.

heys, im just back from my piano class! it has started after kinda long break. on my way back, i stared into the sky, like what i like to do, and it was beautiful! like always too, alot of things would run through my mind when i look into THE WORLD. it made me think that everyone, just everyone in this world, is under this same sky. the clouds were just lightly spread over the clear sky, making just marvelous patterns. it was just gorgeous.

anyways, its a beautiful day today! training was GREAT at bedok reservoir, the weather was perfect. i made my way there with jasmine and jedi in the end:) we did the 4.3 route again, but this time, we took off in 3 groups. i really did enjoy todays run. i was just telling myself to just keep running cause i have God (whos just super GREAT!) to help me:) he would strengthen me like nothing else can. so, yupps, i just went forward and forward, and POOF i was soon at the end! the song a little too not over you was also playing in my head during the run. omg, i like david archuleta's songs. so we had a couple more exercises and soon training ended. pretty fast.

clara, steph, hannah and a few others (i think) stayed at the reservior, and the sec3 were heading towards tampines, then to bugis. me and tanya thought of joining them at first, but then we decided to go somewhere else. so, after much consideration, hahas, we headed off to vivo, for our own time of fun!

as soon as we reached, we settled our lunch first cause we were kinda super hungry! i tried something different today, taiwanese minced meat noodles. it was not too bad, but tanya thai minced meat dish was much nicer:) so once we we're done, i brought an apple juice and we walked around. tanya wanted to get her hp stripe. sadly, there still wasnt any nice ones, after seeing mini toons to action city to the store beside (hahas, idk the name). i got tempted by many stuff along the way too, especially this smiley face necklace from diva! im so going to get it soon. we saw adidias and nike too! adidias had a super cool countdown board for counting down to standard charter! n we saw the lunar trainer at nike! we dropped by ip zone and many other shops too (i think, cant rmb). ohs, and me and tanya have decided that we are going to get each other bottles for christmas, super cute! so yups, as usual, i get tempted by food too! the donuts were so tempting. but i got salmon and salmon sushi at the end after tanya got her starbucks! 16 pieces at 2.80, super cheap and good! from then, i was carrying so many stuff that i totally looked like an auntie....

so, ''QUICK QUICK!'' we headed up to the top (sky...wats tat called). we took some pics first with the stuff we got, in my vocab, i shall not call it camwhore! but we din take many, was too tired! so, we talked, and enjoyed the sushi (comfort food, i just learnt that today!). hahas, so many ppl were walking pass us and looking at both of us. AHS, OMG! it was just heavenly! i love sushi from the bottom of my heart! i had some fun with the water, and we just rest and relaxed after having trained before. idk how longed we stayed there, but it was just nice to just sit down for awhile. this is roughly about what we did. view the pics! a picture speaks a thousand words, so yas, it will explain better the GREAT time we had! hahas!

to tanya: its great to know that you enjoyed yourself today. must have another of such enjoyment/relaxation. continue to stay happy okays! cause nothing should stop you from having happiness and a whale of a time and fun! theres no problem to difficult to solve, nothing to impossible to overcome. so put on a smile everyday, to face another beautiful day! and as God says in the bible, ''the joy of the lord will be my strength'', hope it will be so for you too! this applies to everyone too! so cheers and lets all stay happy and positive:)

The start, the beginning.

hellos, dear n all readers! hahas, im finally starting to blog! cause ive got my template/html problem solve, hees. so this is my very first post! its a start, a beginning. i know ive got it started kinda late, but better now then never. thought i wouldn't have the time in the past to blog but since now its the hols, ive decided to try. my first attempt was a failure! hahas, tanya, u would know. but im glad its starting to get going now.

hahas, talking about the hols. does my brain really not work during the hols? first it was tanya who said (i think), then coincidentally, while i was chatting with abi, she said ''...maybe she kinda expected it cause you always so blur!'' hahas, i was totally laughing away!

anyways, that was kinda random, but maybe lets get to the stuff, stuff. many things have been happening quite recently, both good and bad. we just had track chalet at NSRCC (18 -20 nov). it was super AWESOME, GREAT! Thanks to all sec3, u guys planned it really well. so yupps, maybe i wont give a day to day account cause it would be super long, but heres some highlights! we had alot of bowling and swimming during free n easy! n ive always wanted to go to the beach at night too, so i had clara and steph do so with me on the first night. but i guess i would still prefer to do so in the day cause it was kinda scary. there was a group of guys trying to scare us off! n we played dead on the road cause we had it all to ourselves, HAHAS! super cool! the sec3 planned an afternoon of games like treasure hunt on the 2nd day. AHS, we were all running around like crazy! guess that was suppose to be 'informal' training. then we had our bbq, with our video presentation, together with sec4. it was raining at first, but thank God for stopping it! omg, the videos were all so funny, AWESOME! yet sad, cause we're definitely gonna miss the sec4. but ill always rmb that it is not the end, theres definitely more happy memories together. then there was a great, kinda long, talk with tanya late at night! they were watching shuttler in the living room, but i decided not to join cause ive gotten enough from the first time. so, me n tanya shared many more stuff together, from all my 'theories' to our thoughts and feelings. its GREAT to just talk to someone at times:) had a great time bonding with many more ppl, so yupps, to sum it all, it was WONDERFULLL!

now comes the not so good stuff. ive lost some stuff, important and not so important (ill shall not mention though)...and many other little stuff happened subsequently too. then, there was todays training, which i can say was really HORRIBLE. not sure if i just gave up or was it because my body just couldnt take it anymore? but yas, it just wasnt good. i still wont give up though! cause ''its gonna be alright!'' hopefully, things will get better. i know i still have God to rely on:)

okays, i think ill stop here cause its a pretty long post already! i still have to work on my blog, with all the links etc!
